Seal leaks in concrete or masonry with crack injection and curtain grouting of our Prime Flex polyurethanes and AR acrylate resins. Prime Resins offers superior solutions for stopping leaks in every type of environment.
Sound concrete relies on a sound substrate. Stabilize soils and fill voids with our polyurethane and acrylate foams and gels. We make chemical grouts for permeation and compaction grouting in wet and dry conditions.
Slab lifting and slab stabilization with polyurethane foams offers many advantages over traditional mudjacking. Only Precision Lift is engineered to tackle underlying issues and slab lifting with precise, dependable results.
Spalled concrete is concrete that is chipped, cracked and deteriorating. This often happens at a joint.
You can repair a seawall or bulkhead with Prime Resins chemical grouts: fill voids, stabilize loose soil and seal leaks at a fraction of the cost of wall replacement.
The need for crack repair in concrete structures can be caused by many different factors. Damage can occur to the concrete in situations where direct impact puts stress on one area of the structure.
The geotechnical needs of DOTs and other agencies responsible for roads and bridges are vast. Issues include: Culvert repair Soil stabilization Void filling Concrete slab lifting Sinkhole remediation Slope control Slough control in tunneling
Protecting concrete usually means shielding it from the elements of nature or from harsh manmade chemicals. But it’s not just concrete that needs such protection. Corrugated metal pipe, steel surfaces, material hoppers, rail cars and masonry all can come in contact with corrosive or abrasive materials or harsh conditions.
Are you ready to hit the ground running doing concrete leveling with polyurethane foam? Prime Resins offers the industry’s best suite of products for lifting concrete as a turnkey, fully equipped trailer rig.
Prime Resins takes pride in its ability to find the right solutions to the problems facing our customers. Here are some examples of customers’ successful jobs:

Products
Description
Acrylate, very low viscosity, low toxicity, elastomeric gel, NSF/ANSI 61.5 certified for potable water use, primarily for geotechnical applications
Description
Two-component, low exotherm, polyurethane foam used to fill voids and underseal concrete slabs. Its low viscosity allows for moderate permeation effects as well. The resin produces a closed cell, high density structural polyurethane foam.
Description
Two-component, closed cell, hydro insensitive, high density structural foam. Density 3.8-4.2 lbs./ft³. For undersealing, stabilizing and lifting concrete slabs. Used for compaction grouting and filling small voids behind pipes, walls, manholes, etc.
Description
Two-component, closed cell hydro insensitive high density structural polyurethane foam. Density 4.5-5.0lbs./ft³. For undersealing, stabilizing and lifting concrete slabs. Used for compaction grouting and filling small voids behind pipes, walls, manholes, etc.
Description
Hydrophobic single-component polyurethane, super low viscosity, water-activated to form a rock hard, watertight mass. requires catalyst.
Description
Hydrophobic, low viscosity, highly expansive, water activated polyurethane. Forms a watertight, rigid foam. Meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for potable water contact. Requires catalyst.
Description
Two-component, hydrophobic polyurethane expansive foam to fill voids, stabilize soil, underseal concrete slabs. Low viscosity allows for moderate permeation effects as well. Available in 985 LX10 Fast when a very rapid reaction time is required (18 seconds).
Description
Two-component, low exotherm, polyurethane foam used to fill voids, stabilize soil and underseal concrete slabs. Its low viscosity allows for moderate permeation effects as well. Independently tested and verified to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61.5 for contact with potable water. 985 LX20 Fast has the same features but with much faster reaction times.
Description
Low viscosity, single-component, water-activated, multi-ratio hydrophilic gel/foam polyurethane. Meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for potable water contact.
Description
A soil binding system that adheres to, and binds fine silts, sands, pebbles, gravel, stones and rocks into a single cohesive mass. Can be used to treat loose, poorly compacted soils and organics prior to trenching, boring and excavation. It can prevent further erosion and weakening due to water penetration. SoiLok is a two component, 1:1 ratio system that will gel and cure with or without the presence of moisture. Gel times can be adjusted to address the unique soil conditions that exist to provide optimum results.
Description
The DPM30 penetrometer allows exclusively continuous dynamic penetrometric tests to be performed. For the dynamic tests, the penetrometer is equipped with a 66 pound (30 kg) hammer with a 7.87 inch (200 mm) stroke, operated by a hydraulic motor. It is driven by a motor-pump unit, where the motor can be either electric (220v or 110v) or a petrol engine. A hydraulic extractor is used to extract rods, lining tubes and samplers. The penetrometer is controlled via a pedal-operated distributor. The hydraulic connections on the various components use quick connectors.
Description
Prime Flex SWF is a two-component polyurethane injection resin used to fill voids, stabilize soils and seal defects behind sea-walls. The slow set time combined with the guaranteed reaction of a two-component system allows the resin to penetrate the soils thoroughly, greatly reducing chances of unreacted ‘pockets’ of material.
