Prime Flex SWF (seawall foam)

Prime Flex SWF is a two-component polyurethane injection resin used to fill voids, stabilize soils and seal defects behind seawalls. The slow set time combined with the guaranteed reaction of a two-component system allows the resin to penetrate the soils thoroughly, greatly reducing chances of unreacted ‘pockets’ of material.

Primary Applications
Permeation grouting for soil stabilization, void fill and defect sealing behind seawalls.

Advantages
• Low viscosity: permeation into fine areas
• Two component alternative to Prime Flex 920 used for geotechnical applications
• Higher strengths
• Slower reaction time for deeper injection
• Economical

Technical information:
• Physical properties at 72°F (22°C)
