Seal leaks in concrete or masonry with crack injection and curtain grouting of our Prime Flex polyurethanes and AR acrylate resins. Prime Resins offers superior solutions for stopping leaks in every type of environment.
Sound concrete relies on a sound substrate. Stabilize soils and fill voids with our polyurethane and acrylate foams and gels. We make chemical grouts for permeation and compaction grouting in wet and dry conditions.
Slab lifting and slab stabilization with polyurethane foams offers many advantages over traditional mudjacking. Only Precision Lift is engineered to tackle underlying issues and slab lifting with precise, dependable results.
Spalled concrete is concrete that is chipped, cracked and deteriorating. This often happens at a joint.
You can repair a seawall or bulkhead with Prime Resins chemical grouts: fill voids, stabilize loose soil and seal leaks at a fraction of the cost of wall replacement.
The need for crack repair in concrete structures can be caused by many different factors. Damage can occur to the concrete in situations where direct impact puts stress on one area of the structure.
The geotechnical needs of DOTs and other agencies responsible for roads and bridges are vast. Issues include: Culvert repair Soil stabilization Void filling Concrete slab lifting Sinkhole remediation Slope control Slough control in tunneling
Protecting concrete usually means shielding it from the elements of nature or from harsh manmade chemicals. But it’s not just concrete that needs such protection. Corrugated metal pipe, steel surfaces, material hoppers, rail cars and masonry all can come in contact with corrosive or abrasive materials or harsh conditions.
Are you ready to hit the ground running doing concrete leveling with polyurethane foam? Prime Resins offers the industry’s best suite of products for lifting concrete as a turnkey, fully equipped trailer rig.

Are you a city/county engineer or superintendent dealing with inflow and infiltration across your system that is adding hundreds, maybe thousands, of gallons of water to your treatment volume? Even if your system isn’t at or near capacity, treating all that extra water costs money, money you desperately need for other expenses.
You could do nothing. The infiltration probably isn’t doing too much damage, though it is possible that voids are forming around your pipes where the leaks exist.
But what is the cost of doing nothing?
Let’s look at a real example. A mid-sized city in Ontario had a stubborn, gushing leak into a manhole to the tune of 1380 liters or 364 gallons per hour. That’s 12.1 million liters or 3.2 million gallons every year. For more than five years. Using a conservative figure of $3 per gallon for treatment, that adds up to $9600 per year that could be spent on much needed maintenance—including sealing leaks—or other budgetary needs.
What is the solution?
The Ontario city had certainly tried to stop the leak. Several contractors tried over the years, to no avail. The now-skeptical municipality agreed to try chemical grouting with our Prime Flex 920, a hydrophobic polyurethane that filled the void behind the manhole and created a watertight curtain. The persistent leak was sealed in an hour. Their investment was recouped in less than five months.
Prime Flex 920 is one of multiple products from Prime Resins that you can have in your arsenal to fight I&I. Whether you need to curtain grout a manhole, seal fine cracks in a potable water tank, stop manhole or pipe leaks prior to lining, or seal culvert joints, Prime Resins has a product that meets your needs.

Hydrophobic, polyurethane, low viscosity, variable set time, NSF/ANSI 61.5 compliant for potable water use |
Mainline and lateral grouting |

A super low viscosity acrylamide grout that yields a gel upon reaction. Available as granules or liquid, the grout solution is as thin as water, allowing PR10 ACLM to follow infiltrating water for sealing leaks or to deeply penetrate soils for soil stabilization. The gel time is adjustable from a few seconds to several hours. The cured grout provides an economical water barrier or soil stabilizer. Seal leaks in sanitary and storm water mainlines, pipe penetrations, laterals, lift stations and manholes. Stops leaks in tunnels and mines. |
