Precision Lift ® 4.0# Slow

Precision Lift ® 4.0# Slow is a two-component, polyurethane foam used to fill voids, stabilize soil, and to underseal concrete slabs and foundations. This closed cell, hydro insensitive, high density structural foam is engineered for compaction grouting of soil and for filling voids behind and beneath slabs, pipes, walls, manholes and other structures. This slow reacting formulation allows for greater permeation. The slow reaction is ideal for void filling and can also provide lift if desired.

Recommended Uses

  • Filling voids
  • Undersealing concrete slabs and foundations
  • Concrete slab lifting and stabilizing
  • Compaction grouting soil

Typical Areas of Use

  • Sinkholes
  • Culverts
  • Seawalls
  • Concrete highways
  • Airport runways and taxiways
  • Railroad track slabs
  • Concrete slabs (warehouse and industrial floors, garage floors, sidewalks and patios)
  • Concrete pipes
  • Unconsolidated soil
  • Utility vaults

Advantages

Slower set time = denser foam

  • Hydro insensitive
  • Bonds with soil and concrete
  • Lower cost alternative vs replacement
  • Lighter weight than mudjacking or filling with aggregate
