Seal leaks in concrete or masonry with crack injection and curtain grouting of our Prime Flex polyurethanes and AR acrylate resins. Prime Resins offers superior solutions for stopping leaks in every type of environment.
Sound concrete relies on a sound substrate. Stabilize soils and fill voids with our polyurethane and acrylate foams and gels. We make chemical grouts for permeation and compaction grouting in wet and dry conditions.
Slab lifting and slab stabilization with polyurethane foams offers many advantages over traditional mudjacking. Only Precision Lift is engineered to tackle underlying issues and slab lifting with precise, dependable results.
Spalled concrete is concrete that is chipped, cracked and deteriorating. This often happens at a joint.
You can repair a seawall or bulkhead with Prime Resins chemical grouts: fill voids, stabilize loose soil and seal leaks at a fraction of the cost of wall replacement.
The need for crack repair in concrete structures can be caused by many different factors. Damage can occur to the concrete in situations where direct impact puts stress on one area of the structure.
The geotechnical needs of DOTs and other agencies responsible for roads and bridges are vast. Issues include: Culvert repair Soil stabilization Void filling Concrete slab lifting Sinkhole remediation Slope control Slough control in tunneling
Protecting concrete usually means shielding it from the elements of nature or from harsh manmade chemicals. But it’s not just concrete that needs such protection. Corrugated metal pipe, steel surfaces, material hoppers, rail cars and masonry all can come in contact with corrosive or abrasive materials or harsh conditions.
Are you ready to hit the ground running doing concrete leveling with polyurethane foam? Prime Resins offers the industry’s best suite of products for lifting concrete as a turnkey, fully equipped trailer rig.
Prime Resins takes pride in its ability to find the right solutions to the problems facing our customers. Here are some examples of customers’ successful jobs:

SoiLok is an advanced polyacrylamide technology with proprietary formulation and process. It is a super low viscosity grout designed to penetrate fine silts, sands, coarse sands and top soil to a desired depth, either in or below the water table- all the way to bedrock. The resin remains fluid until polymerization, allowing for excellent penetration. SoiLok is ideal for geotechnical use in humid environments and sandy soil and is the economical alternative to traditional grout injection methods.
Primary Applications:
• Curtain grouting
• Soil treatment and stabilization
• Tunnels (subway, water, utility, etc.)
• Storm sewers and box culverts
• Below-grade parking decks
• Retaining walls
Advantages:
• The variable set time range is long– from minutes to more than an hour– and is adjustable in the field.
• High chemical resistance
• Extremely flexible
• Great adhesion even in damp environments
• Non-corrosive in both liquid and cured forms
• NSF-61 compliant for contact with potable water
• Minimal project footprint
• Made in the USA
• Maximum permeation - variable levels of viscosity
One application for SoiLok ® is for waste containment to prevent below grade hazardous materials from migrating. View the video below for more information.

NASSCO's Grouting Unified Safe Operating Practices Program (USOPP) is a course designed to ensure the safe handling of chemical grout used in the rehabilitation of underground infrastructure. Successful completion of NASSCO’s Grouting Unified Safe Operating Practices Program (USOPP) Exam demonstrates that a student has a basic understanding of knowledge to help protect employees and the environment from potential hazards associated with the use of chemical grouts. The student will read and understand the USOPP Specification developed by NASSCO’s Infiltration Control Grouting Committee (ICGC) prior to taking the Exam. An 85% pass rate is required for successful completion and recognition of knowledge. Earn .3 CEUs or 3 PDHs.
This course was created with valuable input from several companies across the industry including Prime Resins.
