Used in conjunction with 3/4″ pipes. The drive point provides a pointed end to help the pipe penetrate the ground and to keep soil and debris out of the pipe. Once the pipe is in place, it can be raised a few inches to drop the expendable drive point and allow the chemical grout to flow freely. Item #11302

3/8″ & 3/4″ Soil Probes These strong, durable soil probes are constructed of high-strength stainless steel. Just screw them onto either 3/8″ or 3/4″ pipe and drive them into the soil with a pneumatic driver. The resin flows through the pipe and out of the holes drilled in the diffuser section of the probe. EZ Couplers (Reducer, Union, EZ Tube, Zerk Adaptor) Connects the 1/4″ static mixer from our Quick Mix cartridges directly to our injection ports (or tubing from hard to reach places). The connection reduces resin drip and allows the operator to concentrate on the injection process rather than on trying to keep the static mixer in the port. Quick Mix Reducer Ball Valve Connects the 1/4″ static mixer from our Quick Mix cartridges directly to our low pressure injection ports. The ball valve can be closed to reduce waste when moving from port to port. Item #11321

Description

The DM500 is a compact manifold that delivers two independent streams of material into a 1/2” static mixer before entering a single material hose. This allows the operator to move from one location to the next without having to lug around multiple hoses. The DM500 has an integrated flush system which allows you to flush both the manifold and attached dispense hose and valve/gun. Eco Flush is a non-flammable solvent great for cleaning equipment and flushing out pump cylinders, lines, and hoses after Prime Flex injection. The F Valve assembly is a low cost valve assembly that was designed to “twin stream” Prime Flex polyurethanes with water. The mix ratio is controlled by the operator using the two on/off valves that come with the assembly. This is especially useful for injecting Hydro Gel into leaking manholes. High pressure valve. 2000 psi and under. Use with grout needle kit or wall stinger nozzle. Available in stainless or carbon steel.

Kick Fast is the catalyst needed when a very fast set time is required when using Prime Resins’ hydrophobic polyurethane injection resins. It is used at 10% concentration to ensure a very fast set time. Extremely cold water or high hydrostatic pressure are two examples of situations where Kick Fast is the appropriate choice.

PR11 TEA, a Triethanolamine (TEA) Activator, is a catalyst to be used with PR10 ACLM and SoiLok acrylamide products from Prime Resins as an activator for reaction.

PR12 APSF is a catalyst to be used with PR10 ACLM acrylamide. It is a white crystalline solid and used as a polymerization initiator. Ammonium persulfate is a powder that is a required grout component. PR12 APSF decomposes over time as it is a strong oxidizing material

PR17 LYTX is a water-based additive to strengthen gel and reduce shrinkage. With hydrophilic polyurethane grouts, PR17 LYTX is added to the mix water at ratios from 6:1 to 10:1 (water : PR17 LYTX). With acrylamide and acrylate grouts, replace up to 3 gallons mix water with PR17 LYTX. Seals leaks in sanitary and storm water mainlines, pipe penetrations, laterals, lift stations and manholes. Stops leaks in tunnels and mines. Offers soil stabilization for slough control, slope control, erosion mitigation and other geotechnical applications.

Our proprietary catalyst used to adjust the reaction time of Prime Resins’ hydrophobic polyurethane injection resins, including Prime Flex 910, 920 and 940. It is used in a concentration between 1/2% to 10%, depending on the desired reaction time.

Prime Plug is a rapid-setting concrete patching material designed to cut off water leaking through concrete or masonry surfaces. Stops water flow through concrete or masonry. Used in conjunction with Prime Flex products for a permanent solution. Typical areas of use include manholes, pipes, tanks, tunnels, utility vaults, elevator pits and dams. Exhibits excellent bond strengths and high early strengths. Available in three different set times. Stops gushing leaks and is non-shrink. Set times are 1-2 minutes for Prime Plug 1 (red top), 3-5 minutes for Prime Plug 2 (blue top), and 8-13 minutes for Prime Plug 3 (blue top).

Description

Cleans cured grout from injection equipment. It is non-chlorinated, nonflammable (by U.S. DOT definition), non-carcinogenic, and non-ozone depleting solvent. Can be used for extended periods, tolerate high resin loadings, and will reduce disposal costs. It is also recyclable via vacuum distillation.

Dry oakum is used to form surface seals and helps control gushing leaks during injection. It can also be used in combination with Prime Flex 900 XLV, Prime Flex 920 and Hydro Gel for the Activated Oakum method of sealing joints and pipe penetrations. Description

StainShield concrete protector shields surfaces from resin and epoxy stains. Use this concentrate diluted with water to reduce or eliminate the discoloration from, polyurethane lifting foams, polyurethane or epoxy grouts, and polyurea or epoxy joint sealers. These foams, grouts and sealers normally leave a discolored area on the surface of contacted concrete. This discoloration is exposed when removing inadvertent overflow from cracks, joints or drilled holes. This discoloration is often unsightly in an otherwise flawless project. Recommended as a protective concrete stain barrier when using polyurethane, epoxy or polyurea systems. Aids in overfill cleanup by allowing easier removal of excess material. Biodegradable with low toxicity.

Description

The wall stinger nozzle attachment screws directly on top of the “F” Valve Assembly. It allows injection of chemical grout directly through a concrete structure without the need for an injection port. This is ideal for grouting behind a manhole or a below-grade wall. Not recommended for high-pressure crack injection. Item #11333
